If Layer isn't right for you, we'll refund your first purchase of any paid plan in full — no questions asked — when you request it within 14 days of the first charge.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account address, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
